IAG, the parent of British Airways and Iberia, is acquiring a significant stake in Aer Lingus. That almost certainly means a move back to oneworld for Aer Lingus in the future. Check out their new business class product already flying to and from the US.
I’m at Web Summit this week in Dublin, and I ran into some info about Aer Lingus that made me reconsider them as an alternative to British Airways and Lufthansa for flights from the East Coast to Europe.
