Here’s what I’m reading about today in the world of travel:

Cheap Flights of the Day: I wouldn’t necessarily call it cheap, but these $600 fares to Mexico will earn you 10,000 PQMs.  Not as good as the Panama business class fares but if you’re looking to earn miles for status or to maximize the United spending bonus, these could be a nice fit.

United has a widely targeted promotion.  This might dovetail well with the business class fares above.

Uber is testing a loyalty program.  Interesting.  I guess I can see why they’re exploring

500 quick and easy Club Carlson points.

More Hyatt hotels coming to Europe.  Europe is a real weak spot for Hyatt right now.  Additions like this are a nice way to start rounding out the Hyatt map.  Some will complain that these aren’t full-service hotels but I don’t really need more than a good, comfortable room (or two when traveling with the family) in a city like these.
