This was my first time flying Austrian Airlines but I hope it won’t be my last. I redeemed United Airlines MileagePlus miles for 4 business class seats for our family’s return trip from Europe.

I’ve had a couple of days to digest United Airlines’ most recent changes to their award booking engine and how it affects members. If this was their intention, I think they could have been much more transparent about the changes. If this wasn’t their intention (or they want to adopt that position now), then there needs to be some adjustment to the current procedures.
