Is Delta’s New Award Chart That Bad?

Delta’s new award chart isn’t horrible, but it doesn’t do any favor to SkyMiles members in the continental US. The amount of miles folks earn is generally going down while the price for popular awards like the US, Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii stay the same. Overall, a bad change.
