Daily Getaways for May 22nd and 23rd are from Alamo car rental and Hilton HHonors. Alamo is selling $50 car rental certificates for $22.50 and Hilton is selling points for about half a penny each. The Alamo deal is a good one if you like renting from Alamo. The Hilton HHonors deal is going to take some work to get good value out of.
Daily getaways for today and tomorrow are from Choice Privileges. The Choice Privileges offer is good for both hotel stays and airline mile transfers. Alamo is offering a $50 rental certificate for $22.50.
It was a whirlwind trip to Paris. We were able to squeeze in 2 trips to the Eiffel Tower, lunch and macaroons as well as some walking around Paris. Our flight delay really threw a wrench in that first day as we never really got in the groove to get anything accomplished. I can’t say that Paris blew me off my feet, but she convinced me I want to come back and see more. I’d choose a trip back to Italy before I would loop back to the City of Light but I do know I’ll see more of Paris. There’s more the city has to offer me and I’ll look forward to peeling back the layers in the future.
The newest Daily Getaways are from Hertz and Choice Privileges. Today’s deal is Hertz Gold Plus Rewards. These are solid deals for a variety of different types of cars and rental lengths. The Choice Privileges deal tomorrow is probably better for hotel stays if you have something specific. Airline transfers are reasonable but not hugely valuable.
Wyndham Rewards is selling points as part of Daily Getaways today. Hertz is selling points tomorrow. The Wyndham deal is okay if you have a specific redemption in mind, but don’t buy speculatively. The Hertz deal is a solid value for a variety of Hertz car rentals.
