Pizza Week In Review For August 9th, 2015
My crazy summer of travel every week is winding down. There were fun trips with the family interspersed with plenty of work travel. I’m happy to be getting a little time at home to hopefully catch up on the deluge of posts I still need to write. Meanwhile, here’s what happened on the blog this week, in case you missed any of it:
You can still get a free travel assistant for 2 months even though I’ve given away the prizes for a free travel assistant for a year.
And, I’m still giving away two sets of airline club passes.
Probably the two most useful posts of the week were additional hotel promotions that were released.
First, there was this promo from SPG for co-branded AMEX cardholders. This is an easy 1,000 points after only 2 paid nights.
These are easy to register for so you should do it even if you don’t have stays planned. You never know when plans change.
Here’s my review of the Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center.
Meanwhile, the newest airport hotel in the US nears completion.
There’s a great aviation-related charity that needs your help.
After some recent tech milestones, are upgrades for American Airlines elites clearing differently on US Airways flights?
And, Admirals Clubs and Flagship Lounges are seeing some noticeable improvements on the food front.
Finally, do you respect the “rules of the road” when you’re walking through an airport?
I hope everyone had a great week wherever your travels brought you, or even if you just stayed home. In closing, I really want to know what building he/she is dangling their feet off in this picture.
