The Daily Getaway deal for Monday, June 2nd is from Omni Hotels & Resorts. While Omni does have a loyalty program, they’ve chosen to sell actual hotel nights as opposed to points. That makes for both some really good and really risky deals.
The Daily Getaway deal for Friday, May 30th is discounted tickets for SeaWorld and Busch Gardens. These are very strong deals, in some cases 40% off. These did sell out quickly last year so if you’re interested be ready right at 1pm EDT.
The Daily Getaway deal for May 29th is a 5-night vacation at one of a selected list of Diamond Resort properties worldwide for $540. You may know Diamond Resorts from the appearance of their CEO, Stephen J. Cloobeck, a few times on Undercover Boss.
The Daily Getaway deal for Wednesday, May 28th is from CityPASS. CityPASS consolidates attractions in a specific city and gives you a discount if you buy access to multiple attractions at once. These deals are the same price on their website unless you use an AMEX to pay through Daily Getaways.
The Daily Getaway for tomorrow is presented by Caesars Las Vegas. When I started looking at the Daily Getaways previews, I looked right past these offers. I’m not a big package guy so I studiously ignored them. But, for Vegas travelers these can represent a great deal. From Paris to Caesars to Harrah’s, with show tickets, massage, and dinners, there are a ton of options for different budgets.
Daily getaways for today and tomorrow are from Choice Privileges. The Choice Privileges offer is good for both hotel stays and airline mile transfers. Alamo is offering a $50 rental certificate for $22.50.
The newest Daily Getaways are from Hertz and Choice Privileges. Today’s deal is Hertz Gold Plus Rewards. These are solid deals for a variety of different types of cars and rental lengths. The Choice Privileges deal tomorrow is probably better for hotel stays if you have something specific. Airline transfers are reasonable but not hugely valuable.
Wyndham Rewards is selling points as part of Daily Getaways today. Hertz is selling points tomorrow. The Wyndham deal is okay if you have a specific redemption in mind, but don’t buy speculatively. The Hertz deal is a solid value for a variety of Hertz car rentals.
