Here’s a fairly comprehensive list of airlines offering travel waivers in anticipation of Hurricane Maria.
Basic Economy is the latest customer UN-friendly creation to come out of Scott Kirby’s lab. While not totally his making, he’s spent enough time pumping it up with steroids. The product being rolled out still needs to be tweaked. And, some more attention needs to be spent on how to make more money off the most loyal customers.

United Airlines appears to have their attention focused in the wrong place. They’re in the process of rolling out cuts to domestic first class meal service. United wasn’t winning any awards on catering before these changes. And, some of their menu choices as of late have been questionable.
Amazon Echo has underperformed since it launched. It’s a nifty speaker, but I can’t say I rely heavily on it. That being said, I like the new features being rolled out today for travelers.
