What a once-in-a-lifetime experience! I was lucky to be a part of a humanitarian aid flight that delivered badly needed aid to Yemeni refugees in both Djibouti and Yemen. Norwegian Air has chartered humanitarian flights for UNICEF in the past. But, this was the first 787 filled with relief.

I’ll admit, I somehow missed that Airbus and Bombardier talked about a tie-up on the C Series a couple years ago. That would have made yesterday’s announcement a bit less surprising to me. I can’t tell if Boeing saw this coming. And, I can’t really say what’s going to happen next.

I enjoyed my brief day walking around Copenhagen. The weather was nice and it’s an interesting city to explore. If given the opportunity, I would go back again!
