Hyatt Gold Passport was run by Jeff Zidell for the last decade. He’s the only head of the program I’ve known. He left Hyatt recently, and now Hyatt has selected the next person to lead the team forward on World of Hyatt.
The roll-out of Hyatt’s new loyalty program earlier this year made top-tier elite status harder to achieve and more rewarding. It appears we’re seeing one of the first opportunities to get there a bit quicker.
