Cheap Flights To Europe, Asia, Caribbean, A New Super Card From Chase And International Service From JetBlue?
Here’s what I’m reading about in the world of miles and points:
Cheap Flights of the Day:
Fares to Europe starting at under $300. If you’re not looking to get to Eastern Europe, there are $415 fares to Denmark and $450 tickets to Paris. If the US is more your thing, you can head to Southern California from the east coast for $200.
You can still find Asia fares for under $500, too!
JetBlue has fares as cheap as $34 through 11:59pm tonight.
Lastly, I like these sub-$200 tickets to Aruba. They’re available all the way to May of next year, though you may have to hunt a bit to find dates that work for you

Is Chase launching a super-duper, ultra-premium version of Sapphire? Doctor of Credit has the scoop! Not sure I can handle another card that’s a “must” for my wallet, but I’ll wait and see what the bonus categories are.
Is JetBlue going to take a swing at European service? They’ve really stepped things up with their Mint service. It wouldn’t surprise me to see them establish a small number of routes (1 or 2?) to Europe from JFK, where they could likely fill planes at a price they can make money at versus the big guys.
American Airlines has begun rolling out icky changes on their 777 fleet.
Auctions ending soon: Santa Monica Ghost Tour for $5
Have you gotten to ride one of the Japanese bullet trains yet? This is definitely something still on my bucket list. And, there are even faster trains than this coming.
I’m wondering if I should be using Google Photos? I’m an Apple guy, but it sounds cheaper and might be better? Le Chic Geek comes from the dark side with her Android phone, so that may be why she likes this solution better.
Check-in to your hotel using a fingerprint? Not surprising to see more tech coming to hotels.
