Places are sections of a quilt. We make that quilt bigger the more we travel. Some sections, or squares, have vivid pictures. Others, just an abstract of a long-ago memory. They’re all wonderful. My kids’ happiness won’t necessarily be the size of their quilt, but rather the detail. I can’t wait to add some more squares.
This was my first time flying Austrian Airlines but I hope it won’t be my last. I redeemed United Airlines MileagePlus miles for 4 business class seats for our family’s return trip from Europe.
The seats, service and meals all exceeded our expectations. I’ll cover all of these areas in detail along with plenty of pictures. I’m happy to answer any questions about Austrian Airlines’ business class product.
The Haus des Merres is a great activity for families with kids in Vienna. It would be easy to get lost in here for a full day and forget about all the other great places that Vienna has to offer. The zoo is contained in a re-purposed military facility from World War 2. I doubt there are too many facilities from that time that have been put to better use.
I prefer to ride trains/subways when I travel. It’s generally a great way to avoid traffic. It can be more affordable than Uber or taxis. And, it gives me a feel for the city that I don’t get when I’m riding around in a car.
Curious about the airline industry? Want to ask your favorite hotel or airline a question? Enjoy traveling to cool places? You may want to be ready to buy a ticket tomorrow before this event sells out.
Cheap flights for summer travel (and through the end of the year) from major cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Miami and more to a handful of European cities. A quick connection gets you anywhere else in Europe.
