United is sending out lots of small waves right now instead of a huge boat rocking set of changes. The problem is they affect pretty much everyone, and those little waves add up to big disappointment.
United Airlines has announced a number of changes, including changes to change fees and redeposit fees on awards, the definition of close-in ticketing, and a few other painful customer changes.
Good news and interesting partnership enhancements between United Airlines and Hertz. Starting November 1st, United MileagePlus members will earn additional miles and be eligible for higher status levels with Hertz.
