Cheap Flights To The Caribbean, Free (And Easy) $20 And Really Expensive Yoga
Wow! This has been one of the most challenging weeks I’ve ever had professionally. It’s kept me from keeping up with all of you and from what’s going on in travel world. I’ve got a lot of reading to catch up on, and plenty to report, but for now, here’s a Best of the Rest to get back into the swing:

Haneda is back in the news again now that the DOT requests are official from all the US airlines. Really interested to see how this all pans out. Daytime flights to Haneda sure would be more appealing.
Holy cow! Recall the story earlier this month of the passenger doing yoga on a plane who disregarded crew instructions and ended up getting arrested after a flight diversion. He was sentenced to 12 days in jail (time served) and order to pay United huge restitution.

250 bonus United miles if you happen to have an upcoming purchase that makes sense. Not much, but every mile counts.
American Airlines is in the middle of negotiating a new credit card deal. I’ve banked with Citi since I was 5 years old, so I prefer they keep the relationship. To be completely honest, I prefer both cards stay so we can continue to earn EQMs from both. But, that just ain’t happening.
And, while we’re on the subject, how to get 500 bonus miles on your next RocketMiles booking.
A very intriguing way to save a bunch of cash on American Airlines business class fares.
