REMINDER: Last Day To Book Hyatt Properties Before Category Increases
Today is the last day to book award rooms at the Hyatt properties that are going up in category tomorrow. You can see my original post on the category changes here. Some of the notable properties going up in category are:
Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo
Grand Hyatt Taipei
Grand Hyatt Macau
Park Hyatt Seoul
Park Hyatt Maldives
Even if you’re not 100% sure that you’ll want to stay at one of these properties, it may make sense to book something now. You can always cancel later without penalty and have the points returned to your account.
There’s also a bunch going down in category, so if you’ve already got something booked at one of those, be sure to call to have your award adjusted to the lower redemption amount. You can see full lists of all properties going up and down here.
