Delta Members Getting Transcon Upgrades on American to Asia,

Hyatt has released an update to their iPhone app with lots of increase functionality. Hyatt has been way behind the curve on the reliability of their technology and on feature enhancements. This update takes care of some welcome feature enhancements but we’ll need a bit more time to see if this improves the reliability and functionality. HT: ballardFlyer on Milepoint.

Delta starts to allow higher tier elites to upgrade on transcontinental flights. This is a nice plus for Diamond and Platinum Medallion members as Delta has a pretty nice product from JFK to LAX/SFO.
