Hyatt Expanding! Use Your Points To Stay In A Castle & A New Upcoming Property in Hawaii

Hyatt announced a partnership this morning that will result in them managing a renovated castle in Germany, Neues Schloss Baden-Baden.

I found this picture on Wikipedia and there’s a similar one on Trip Advisor, so I’m pretty sure this is the castle.  I’m a sucker for historical properties, so this one will be on my radar.

Earlier this week, Hyatt also announced that they would be managing the soon-to-be-renovated Coco Palms resort in Kauai.  The property has been around for quite some time but was devastated by a hurricane over two decades ago.  The property is scheduled to re-open in 2017, at which point Hyatt Gold Passport members will have another place to redeem their points.  The resort isn’t far from Lihue airport for those familiar with the area.

My goal in life is to fill my family’s passports with stamps, creating buckets of memories along the way.
