Hyatt Adds 50 New All-Inclusive Properties, 5,000 Point Bonus For 3-Night Stays

After announcing six new all-inclusive properties last month, Hyatt is back to announce another 52 properties that members can redeem points at for all-inclusive vacations.  The new properties are in Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama and the Caribbean.  Quoting from the Hyatt press release:

Create Meaningful and Rewarding Experiences with More Resorts and Destinations

Whether looking for quality family time or an extra measure of romance at a breathtaking location, members can enjoy earning 5,000 Bonus Points for eligible stays at participating Inclusive Collection resorts through September 15, including:

  • St. Martin, the CaribbeanSecrets St. Martin Resort & Spa is the only resort on the French side of the island featuring Unlimited-Luxury®, where everything is included in your stay. It features stunning ocean, marina and mountain views from Anse Marcel Bay beach, swim-out suites and the largest infinity pool in the Western Caribbean.

Cruising through the list of properties I see plenty for redemption at under 20,000 point per night, which is pretty solid for an all-inclusive.  I don’t have experience with any of these specific brands but our family has enjoyed stays at Hyatt’s family-oriented all-inclusive Hyatt Ziva brand.

Earn 5,000 Bonus Points For 3-Night Stays

To celebrate the introduction of the 50+ all-inclusive properties to the World of Hyatt program they’re offering a 5,000 point bonus for both paid and award stays between May 15th and September 15th, 2022.

You can register for the promotion here.  Even if you don’t have a stay planned, you should register in case plans change and you forget about the promotion.

According to the terms & conditions of the promotion you can earn the 5,000 point bonus up to five times during the promo period.

Earn Free Nights With Brand Explorer

Each of these new brands (9 in total) is part of the World of Hyatt Brand Explorer program.  Brand Explorer can earn a free night at virtually any Hyatt property in the world for every five new brands you stay at.  The current chart only allows for members to earn three free nights trying 15 brands.  I’ve reached out to Hyatt to see if they’ll be extending the program beyond 15 brands.

The Final Two Pennies

This is more great news from Hyatt.  They also plan to add all-inclusive properties in Europe in the future as part of their agreement to purchase Apple Vacation Group.  The most frequent knock I hear on Hyatt is that they don’t have the footprint that other brands do.  With over 50 new properties added in warm weather destinations you want to visit, that’s a whole lote more dots on the map.

I’ll be interested to see how the reviews for these properties are from folks who are big fans of the Hyatt brand.  These brands specialize in all-inclusive vacations.  I think we’re all hoping they live up to the expectations we’ve developed from other great Hyatt vacations in the past.
