DEAL: Best Prices I’ve Seen On My Favorite Portable Movie Theater!

I was at a school party for my son this morning and decided to hop on Amazon to research pricing for a microscope he was having a ton of fun with.  Right on the front page was an ad for my favorite travel projector at the lowest price I’ve seen, the Anker Nebula Capsule!  This is one of those tech products I never thought I’d really have a use for.  When I first saw it, I thought it was cute.  Then, I tested one at a show and wow!  Now, we watch backyard movies in the summertime.  I throw it in my backpack for presentations.  And, it comes on vacation with us from time to time as well.

This is a Deal of the Day on Amazon, which means you need to buy today if you’re interested in this price.  There are two version of the popular Anker projectors.

Anker Nebula Capsule Portable Projector

The price today is $10 lower than the Cyber Monday pricing last year and the lowest I’ve seen.  The projector is about the same size and weight as a soda can and has enough battery power to watch an entire movie.

We love our Nebula Capsule.  It comes on the road with us on longer trips where creating our own movie on a wall or outside on a screen or bedsheet is a great way to relax on vacation.  It’s easy to charge and compact, with a great picture and surprisingly good sound for the size.

Anker Nebula Mars II Projector

If you’re looking for more battery power and better picture and audio, the Mars II may be a better fit (though less portable).  Today’s price is also lower than I’ve ever seen, and a pretty steep discount from the normal price of $499.99.

The Final Two Pennies

As I mentioned, the portability and picture quality of the Nebula Capsule are hard to beat for on-the-go.  It’s served me well for business and leisure.  It’s so small and easy to travel with.  The bigger Mars II looks awesome and would be great for backyards, basements and bedrooms, though probably not for your backpack!  These are the lowest prices I can recall seeing on either projector.
