The Kimpton and IHG programs aren’t ones I follow terribly closely.  But, I do read a lot of travel blogs.  And, I figured you guys could get some serious value out of this.

My friend Lee from Bald Thoughts is a big Kimpton fan, and he had coverage about this earlier the day.  The basic details are that you’ll earn a free night award for each stay 2 nights or longer.

Those stays need to be booked by today.  You have until September 16th to complete any stays, then until March of next year (2019) to use up any free nights.

The Final Two Pennies

Family travelers need to think long and hard about opportunities like this.  This is especially true for folks who don’t have business travel like I do to help defray vacation costs.  Promotions like this one don’t come along very often anymore.  I wouldn’t be booking a bunch of nights speculatively.  But, a bit of strategy here might pay off, especially if you have some business travel that fits.  Don’t wait!
