Cheap Flights To Vegas, Free eBay Gift Cards And Some Cubans Aren’t As Free As Others
Here’s what I’m reading about in the world of miles and points:
Cheap Flights of the Day:
Vegas! For just a bit above $200.
And, $96 flights to Charleston, SC.

I’m not really an advocate of buying miles. But, if that’s your game, this buying opportunity is one of the best I’ve seen.
Old habits die hard (but hopefully soon). Cuba bars flight crew members on inbound US flights of Cuban descent who don’t have a Cuban passport. I’m glad to hear American Airlines is compensating those affected employees so they don’t lose pay.
British Airways is upping their game for premium passengers at Heathrow. I’ve had the good fortune of experiencing the Lufthansa First Class Lounge in Frankfurt. It’s just plain awesome. The Concorde Room still needs some work to get to that level. But, this is a good plus for premium folks at Heathrow, an airport I’ve connected in a ton of times.
