CHEAP Premium Economy Fares To Asia From Many US Cities!

It seems to be the month for the really great fares to Asia.  For flights as long as US to Asia, flying in coach can be quite painful.  That’s why I make it a point to try to notify you guys when I see a solid premium fare to Asia.

View From The Wing is reporting on flights that are in premium economy for less than $900 round-trip.  American Airlines is featuring these fares from cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas and Boston.  Gary’s example is to Beijing but there are also great deals to Hong Kong and other cities in China.

The Final Two Pennies

Now, these fares aren’t as awesome as the Hong Kong business class mistake fares from a couple of weeks ago.  Those are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities (that keep happening!).

I wouldn’t sleep on fares like this.  I always stress that you shouldn’t look at any fare sale as “Los Angeles or Chicago to Beijing”.  Rather, it’s from the US To Asia, and you can use miles or other cheap flights to build a great vacation.  It’s pretty easy to find a cheap flight there for positioning on something like this.  There are a ton of low-cost carriers to get you around Asia.

Since these flights originate in the US, you’ll have 24 hours after you book to cancel these flights and receive a full refund.  That means if you’re on the fence you should absolutely book something and then cancel within 24 hours if you decide not to take the trip.
