FREE Black Friday Hotel Discounts And A $250 Giveaway

Black Friday is a great time to get all of your holiday shopping done. This year, it’s also a time to lock up discounts on future hotel stays, even if you’re not ready to book them yet.
Some of you may recall me talking about Club 1 Hotels in the past. They’re a membership site that gives you access to low hotel rates. They offer deeply discounted rates for hotels worldwide. I actually find that more expensive hotels yield bigger savings when I search using their website. You won’t earn elite benefits on these stays, but you can save a ton of cash.
They offered free memberships in the past to my readers but started charging for membership after that initial offer. They have 2 Black Friday offers and a giveaway. All 3 have details to be excited about:
Free 1-Year Membership:
Club 1 is offering 1 year of free membership. There’s no credit card required to join, so you won’t forget and get hit with a gotcha charge next year.
You’ll also get $25 off your first booking of $250 or more. That’s pretty cool for a free membership.
Finally, they have a new best rate guarantee. If you find a better rate elsewhere, they’ll beat the rate by:
- $10 a night for 3-star hotels.
- $20 a night for 4-star hotels.
- $25 a night for 5-star hotels.
That’s a pretty cool way to go about providing a best rate guarantee.
Given that this membership is free and offers a discount, there’s no reason to avoid signing up for it.
$695 Lifetime Membership
Club 1 Hotels is offering a lifetime membership for $695. Here’s what that comes with:
- 25,000 airline miles (choose from the list below).
- $200 off your first booking of $2,000 or more.
- 1 year of lounge access or travel insurance.
- $30 credit for international luggage shipment.
- 30 day trial. Full refund in 40 days if you haven’t booked anything.
For the moment, let’s assume you choose United miles. If so, I’d value 25,000 miles at around $500. If you had a use for the miles and also a hotel booking of $2,000 (not cheap, obviously) then you’re effectively getting membership for free.
