A Brief Break From Work For Snacks With My Daughter

Those of you that know me well are aware that our daughter, Catherine, has had a rough couple of months getting adjusted to being away from her parents.  She started Kindergarten this year and she has struggled with my travel.

I ended up with a couple of fun pictures while I was at home this week.  First, Catherine and I teamed up to make a cake, which she did an awesome job decorating.  Then, she spent about an hour or so today making the perfect plate of Play-Doh lunch for me, including a turkey sandwich with cheese, a pretzel and a chocolate chip cookie.  Not as informative as some of my other posts, but both of these put a big smile on my face.  I’ll get back to the blogging about the rest of the world this week.
