Giants Sweep Skins

The Giants went into FedEx Field on Sunday, and came out with the best record in the NFC still intact. It was a nasty weather day, but Eli Manning looked really good throwing the ball.

Other than a pretty dismal 2-minute drill at the end of the first half, the Giants moved the ball well throughout the game, even though the Redskins loaded up the box to stop the run. Eli had a career record number of passing yards in the first half on the way to a 23-7 win.

The Giants can clinch a bye in the first round of the playoffs with a win next week against Philadelphia at The Meadowlands.
