Certain Disney World Guests Will Now Be Able To Purchase Additional FastPass Reservations

Disney World is adding another way to get more FastPasses. Instead of just 3 FastPass reservations ahead of time, certain guests will be able to purchase additional advance FastPass reservations. Is it worth it? Is it fair?
