Bilt Rewards Double Points On All Categories On The First Of Every Month

Double points? On all spending? Sign me up! There’s also 50% off on cruises and free SoulCycle classes. Bilt Rewards, the program that lets you earn points for paying your rent, is also turbo-charging their credit card. I’m a big fan of what Bilt Rewards has been building, and this latest double points offering is another example of them making their credit card a valuable one to have in your wallet. Hyatt has consistently done a good job making their card worthwhile to hold onto and Bilt seems to understand this value proposition. We covered this in detail on our podcast this week if you want to follow along there. Let’s dig into the details.
Double Points On The First Of Every Month
The most exciting announcement is double points on all categories on the first day of every month (capped at 10,000 bonus points per month). That means you’ll earn:
- 6 points per dollar on dining
- 4 points per dollar on travel
- 2 points per dollar on everything else (except rent)
The Bilt Rewards Mastercard already offers outsized value to cardholders. For example, this no-annual fee credit card is offering triple points on gas purchases through the end of October. They’re also the only transferable currency that you can turn into American Airlines AAdvantage miles. And, with a bit of planning, you can now earn way more miles per dollar on a portion of your spending than any of the credit cards American offers.
50% Off Virgin Voyages Cruises Booked In October
Don’t forget to link your Bilt Rewards account to Virgin to earn 500 bonus points. You can earn these point even if you don’t hold the Bilt Rewards credit card.
Through the month of October Bilt Rewards and Virgin Voyages are teaming up to offer 50% off virtually all cruises on Virgin Voyages. These ships look awesome! This discount applies all the way up to balcony rooms on this adults-only cruise line (there are some December blackout dates).
And, this stacks with the double points promo. So, if you can figure out a cruise you want to book by October 1st, you can get 50% off and earn 4 points per dollar.
Free SoulCycle Classes For You And A Friend Plus Trivia Points
There are a few new promotions that don’t require folks to hold the Bilt credit card.
For starters, Bilt Rewards has had an ongoing partnership with SoulCycle that will now expand for Rent Day. On the first of each month Bilt Rewards members can take a free SoulCycle class at 50 SoulCycle studios nationwide. And, they can bring a friend to these special Bilt Rewards SoulCycle classes.
There will also be free points up for offer on the first of the month by playing a new trivia game. You can find more information out about this in the Bilt app.
The Final Two Pennies
There’s a lot to like here, especially for folks who love to maximize their points and miles earning. A bit of planning throughout the month can yield a ton of extra earning on the first of each month. Maybe I’m biased, but offers like these make the Bilt Rewards Mastercard a complete no-brainer. Why wouldn’t you want to hold a no-annual fee card that can earn you double points on all categories once a month?
Along with the bonus earning, the Rent Day offer for 50% off a Virgin Voyages cruise is an excellent offer I’m hoping to take advantage of. I only wish this offer extended through November 1st so I had more time to score the double points along with 50% off.
I’m also a big fan of the small points rewards, such as trivia and the 500 bonus points for linking your account. This was something the American Airlines AAdvantage program used to do back in the days of Maya Leibman. I thought it was a win-win. It’s a fantastic way for the program to keep folks engaged and it’s rewarding to members. I truly hope Bilt keeps doing it!
