Yankees Magic Number is 25

The Orioles, Mariners, Indians, and Royals have all been officially eliminated from the playoff race.  The magic number for the wild card is 23, but that’s not what we’re playing for.  There are 10 teams left battling for 4 spots, with only 6 or so teams with a legitimate shot.

By this time next week, 3 or 4 more teams should be eliminated from playoff contention.

Edited to add:  The teams above have not been eliminated, but they can’t catch the Yankees (which is all I really care about).

My goal in life is to fill my family’s passports with stamps, creating buckets of memories along the way.
