Redeem Points For NFL Tickets And Suite Access!
I earn affiliate credit if you sign up for the Bilt Rewards Mastercard using links in this story. I appreciate your support!
Bilt announced the launch of “Bilt Experiences” this morning as part of their October Rent Day promotion. Members will be able to redeem Bilt points for various experiences including concerts and sporting events. You don’t need the Bilt Rewards Mastercard. But, it sure helps to build your balance quickly.
While we don’t have a full list of experiences yet, Bilt is launching this new redemption opportunity with tickets to three NFL games this weekend where you can redeem points to sit in a suite at an NFL game! Here are the three games on tap for this weekend:
- Kansas City Chiefs at New York Jets (MetLife Stadium in New Jersey) Sunday, October 1st at 8pm ET
- Oakland Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers (SoFi Stadium in LAX) Sunday, October 1st at 4pm PT
- Pittsburgh Steelers at Houston Texans (NRG Stadium in Houston) Sunday, October 1st at 12pm CT
My podcast co-host Richard Kerr will be at the Houston Texans game. You can be, too!
2,500 Bilt Rewards Points will score you an upper level seat. 10,000 points will secure you a spot in a suite with free food, drinks and Bilt swag. Bilt members are limited to two tickets per account.
Elite status is a big plus here as well. Platinum members get an hour head start over other members:
- Platinum members get access Wednesday, September 27th at noon, ET.
- Gold members get access an hour later at 1pm ET (if space is available).
- Silver members get access at 2pm ET (if space is available).
Oh, And Don’t Forget All The Other Rent Day Stuff
In case you forgot, the first day of the month means you can earn double points on all purchases (except for rent) for all charges on the Bilt Rewards Mastercard. That’s 6 points per dollar on dining, 4 points per dollar on travel and 2 points per dollar on everything else, up to a max of 10,000 bonus points earned.
When you combine that with 5X on dining with the new Bilt Dining program, you can earn 11 points per dollar on dining during Rent Day.
There’s trivia to earn points and free Soul Cycle rides as well.
The Final Two Pennies
Bilt continues to offer outsized value to their members. From incredible transfer bonuses to programs like Bilt Dining and now Bilt Experiences, you have a variety of exciting ways to engage with the program. Capital One has tried to get deeper into experiences with MLB tickets and Marriott has tried to keep SPG’s great track record going on special moments at sporting events, concerts and festivals. But, it’s been a long time since someone offered a truly unique and exciting option that involved redeeming points for experiences.
Rent Day is a great time to bulk up your balance of Bilt Rewards for the next great promotion. And, don’t forget about earning on Lyft rides. Bottom line, there are plenty of opportunities to earn points, and that’s before you consider the Bilt Rewards Mastercard. You should think about the card. It offers no annual fee and the chance to accelerate your progress to elite status. With the recent 150% transfer bonus and now early access to sporting events, Bilt is showing why elite status matters.
