DEALS! Puerto Rico For $200, Cabo San Lucas For $300 Round-Trip

I’m always happy to find cheap travel to warm-weather destinations when it’s winter in DC.  Right now, there are two great deals to consider if you want to get away from the cold:

• Cabo San Lucas is on sale from DC for just under $300. The flights are on AeroMexico with fairly direct routing through Mexico City.  You can earn Delta SkyMiles on the flights.
• Puerto Rico is on sale from a handful of cities for $200.

These are both great places to visit, especially during the cold months.  As The Flight Deal points out, both countries are in the Zika zone if that’s a concern for you.

The Flight Deal really is the best at reporting on deals like this.  You can follow them on Twitter or check their site periodically throughout the day.  They’ve been the inspiration for many of my crazy trips.  With the frequency we see great deals nowadays, it pays to value shop.  As some of my travel friends say, “Chase the fare, not the destination!”
