Cheap Flights To Europe This Summer And KLM Rolls Out A Cool New Program

a group of small figurines on a sidewalk

After a brief detour due to a broken plane, I’m back home with the family for the weekend.  Here’s what I’m reading about in the world of miles and points:

Cheap Flight of the Day: Solid European fares on a few different carriers for a bit more than $500.

View From The Wing thinks I’m not a savvy traveler…..

At least for the near future, flying an A319 on American may increase your chances of scoring an upgrade.

KLM follows Icelandair with a fun new service, a stopover buddy.

Apparently, a 757 doesn’t cover enough ground for Iron Maiden.

The new Park Hyatt Mallorca is ready to book, and high on my list.  I haven’t stayed at as many Park Hyatts as Ben (though I was at PH NYC last night), but so far Park Hyatt Tokyo is probably my favorite.

Delta seems to be streamlining their award categories.  Matthew Klint tells us why that’s likely a bad thing.

I need to point this out to my wife from time to time.  I’m not the only one who thinks mileage runs are fun.

Bonus points if you know where the featured image was taken.  🙂

Where are you traveling next?
