The American Airlines AAdvantage shopping portal is offering 3 miles per dollar on eBay purchases for a few days.

The deal is good until September 27, 2015.  Setting aside the fact that I feel a bit old knowing eBay is turning 20, this is a pretty good deal on eBay purchases.

It’s worth noting that Chuck at Doctor of Credit has a strategy for earning 5% cash back on eBay purchases.  Since I’m not a big eBay user and a bit short on brain space to process a new strategy, I’d probably go the lazy man’s approach over the next few days and take the AAdvantage miles.  But, if you’ve got the time to research, his option is also a pretty good one.
