Some Delta Members Getting Transcon Upgrades, Bonus Miles on American to Asia, A Great Points Transfer List. Things I Find Interesting On Thursday, June 26th, 2014

Hyatt has released an update to their iPhone app with lots of increase functionality.  Hyatt has been way behind the curve on the reliability of their technology and on feature enhancements.  This update takes care of some welcome feature enhancements but we’ll need a bit more time to see if this improves the reliability and functionality. Delta starts to allow higher tier elites to upgrade on transcontinental flights.  This is a nice plus for Diamond and Platinum Medallion members as Delta has a pretty nice product from JFK to LAX/SFO.
