This card usually carries a 25,000 point sign-up bonus.  Every once in a while a 50K bonus pops up.

For today only, they’re offering 75K miles after $10K in spend.  As Gary says, $10K isn’t a small number.  But there’s so many basic bills you pay on a monthly basis that it’s not out of reach to spend $10K in four months.
