Happy Thanksgiving!

I spent over 12 hours last night and this morning cooking for 10 people. Along with the standard fare, here are a couple of things I prepared that don’t fit into the standard Thanksgiving mold:

Crab and Boursin in Phyllo Shells (appetizer)
Deep Fried Turkey(burned the crap out of it)
Key Lime Mousse in Dark Chocolate Shells
Berries and Cream in Dark Chocolate Shells
Peanut Butter Cups in Chocolate Shells

The Key Lime Mousse was the big hit, especially with my wife!
